I ordered this mirror online, relying on web photos. We love it. The ordering process was simple, and it was very carefully packed and shipped to us. It arrived more quickly than they originally forecast. I would order from this company again in a heartbeat. Two things I would note. I hoped the dark grey was a little darker (some pics on the internet look a little different) than it turns out it is. So if you are interested, it is more of a medium grey than a dark grey. Also, I wish they had used a different hanging system for it. The way the mirror must be mounted on the wall requires precisely spaced and located screws (and for us, wall plugs). Wire mounting would have been better, but I did not want to screw the hooks into the composite material used for the frame.
